Hi peeps,

By the time you read this message, it is probably year 2012. And if you are reading this message then, it's not the end of the world yet. It's just the end of the life of the person who made stupid predictions in the current time.

Well, how does Singapore look like in year 2012? And how is everyone in 2012? Well, you might be wondering why am i asking so much now. This is because i might be the next person who join the latest trend; the H1N1 trend. Singaporeans are real copycats. Other country get H1N1, Singapore also get. Singaporean get H1N1, the whole country follow. Well, i hope you have not joined the trend or any sort.

Guess everyone is super busy with their FYP now. Some might have already committed suicide. If so, too bad.

A little bit on my side. My FYP is currently behind time. There aren't many weeks left and i'm still on the production part of the project. I'm trying really hard to throw my procrastination away and make a run to get things completed. I have a bunch of wacky team mates that don't listen to my advices on animation. Somehow, i'm not credible enough. When i animate the way the team had decided, my adviser say the things that i had said before and everyone believed him. So i ended up redoing some part. And for the record, 12 frames takes me up to 3 hours. And that's only 1.5 seconds of animation. So that's how interesting my team mates are. The other times i redo the parts were because i'm not satisfied with my own drawing. Now i'm just all about talking and working. Trying to help keep my team mates' mind at peace from the deadline and drawing like crap at home. Thinking of solutions to all the problems occurring in my FYP can be a bore too.

School's a pain in the ass. All the fatigue from FYP had overflown into my daily performance and now my grades are suffering. No more many-A-Sam. During UTs, i get panic attacks and i blank out. Leaving me with 3/30 marks for one and an E grade for another.

On to my life. Well, my bro is leaving for Australia this coming Saturday. He's going there for about 2 years to earn himself a Degree. But he'll be back in December during his holidays. Well, it's a little tough time for me. Things just started getting better with my siblings and now one is leaving. How sad. Too bad for me. In the midst of all the crazy life, i'm trying to draw some time to spend with my departing brother. I know it sounds like he's dying, but it's okay. So like that lor.

My love life, no updates. Still the same.

Well, you peeps might be wondering why i'm blogging in here. This is because there are somethings i want to keep from my FYP team. Stuff like their behavior and my own life stuff. I don't want them to worry about me and then get themselves all worked up for nothing. They are nice people, but not at a time like this. Not many people reads stuff in here either. So it doesn't really matter.

Maybe this is a good way to keep each other updated, or at least let everyone know you are still alive. Just drop in a short post on how you are doing or so. I might not be able to lend you a listening ear physically, but you can throw your troubles here and share the burden digitally with everyone.

Wow, this blog hasn’t been updated for decades but I still check it everyday. Well, with the 43cases of H1N1 rising in school. Please take good care of yourself, drink more water and if necessary wear a mask (though it’s not 100% but better than nothing right).

Whether or not the school will closed because of the number of cases rising, I don’t know. But I do know that there are many forums or facebook groups being set up with regards to the management handling style. So you might be interested to see how they feel and what they said. By the way RP is consider a CLUSTER of H1N1 now.

Okay people, i believe you all are thinking that this is a post about my own stupid birthday after reading the title. But you are all WRONG!! So people, guess what's happening this coming Saturday?

10 points to everyone who guess it's Valentine's Day. Well, as we all know(i hope), it's a day where everyone spend quality time with their loved ones. Anyone with a poor definition of "loved ones" would think it's a special day for couples only. If you thought that way, people slap yourself 2 times on each cheek with 26.4 joules of energy. Well, i guess you could have forgotten that your friends are people you love too. So why not spend the day with your friends?

So here's the perfect proposal. I was thinking we can come out on Saturday night. "Night" refers to the time after you had spent your romantic time with your potential other half. Well, i was thinking we could all come out, get ourselves loosen with some chivas and stuff then go rob a flower shop. We won't remember what happened the day before!! Well, the robbing part is optional. As for the hanging out at night, if you are interested, we can put it into action. We'll find a wonderful spot where we can spend a romantic time with our beloved friends.

My initial idea was maybe a little overnight kind of thing. Cause i'm a little worried some of us will be so high we might throw ourselves off the roof garden at Esplanade. We can open ourselves to other activites too. Maybe a little night walk around Singapore's shopping area or we could just sit down and talk about the end of the world while playing indian poker.

So what do you think? Interesting enough for you? The fine little details such as the location and time are not decided yet. I've tried to cater the event to all happily singled and happily attached people.

Hey all, i really need to propose a new idea. Can we screw the fucking idea of having presents for birthdays? Don't question me now, read this whole thing first. Don't you think it's pointless to even celebrate a birthday if nobody i happy? I don't see why is there i need for everyone to get so worked up over buying presents and paying for presents. Is there still any joy after all the commotion? In the first place, nobody said that presents are a necessity for birthdays? What will happen if we don't exchange presents on a birthday? Does it make the receiver any happier? Who is going to benefit from all the exchange of gifts? Presents should come sincerely from the heart. Where is the sincerity if we are forcing ourselves to get presents for another? Question ourselves? Are we expacting gifts out of greed? Or are we behaving this way because it's a norm? Then again, who decides what's considered normal?

Here's it, from my birthday on, we stop all this gift exchange shit. I'm not expecting any presents for my birthday. I don't want any presents. And if choosing a cake or paying for a cake is difficult, don't even get me a cake. I don't want anything. The joy of celebration comes when you are having a good time with the people you love. At least that definition works for me. Till the day i die, i don't want anymore presents from you guys. You can do whatever you want when i die. Give me some flowers or hire a couple of extra monks for prayers.

If you all insist on the gift exchange, i don't mind. But i don't want anything for my birthday. You want to get presents for others, go ahead. Give my birthday a skip so that's one less burden for everyone. The best present i can get is the presence of everyone. I won't ask for more and i'll not make things hard for everyone.

If the proposal is accepted and you still want to get your friend a present, by all means go ahead. This way, the present is really coming from your heart. It's your own will and you have no rights to complain.

Well, think about it. I'm just pretty annoyed and i feel stupid keeping all this unnecessary displeasure among everyone.

Let go of what makes you unhappy. Being anything but happy is a massive waste of time.

Hi guys,

I hope you all don't mind me changing the class blog's picture and adding the calender without noticing you guys. since I have been trying all means and ways to get the calendar picture done, I haven't found the one I wanted. So, the next best would be a normal calendar with all of our birthday on it.

It is actually supported by google gmail, so I open a google gmail. the ID and password are the same other than it's @gmail.com. so if you guys wanna do any changes to the calendar you can go there or ask me. oh, use the arrow to go forward or backward month, click on the date to see whois bday and the number with it means how many days more.

lastly, thanks for the making the chalet once again a success. i've enjoyed myself. as for the photos, please give me suggestions because it's 300 odd pictures and emailing it is too big. i've tried the shared folder at msn but it seems like it's not working. hmmmm. suggestions?

Ah Lek was asked to make a sentence using 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10. Not
only did he do it 1 to 10, he did it again back to 1.

This was what he came up with...

1 day I go 2 climb up a 3 outside a house to peep. But the couple saw me, so I panic and 4 down. The man rush out and wanted to 5 with me. I run so fast until I fall 6 and throw up. So I go into 7 eleven and grab some 8 to throw at him. Then I took a 9 and try to stab him. 10 God he run away. So, I put the 9 back and pay for the 8 and left 7 eleven. Next day, I call my boss and say I am 6. He said 5, tomorrow also no need to come back 4 work. He also asks me to climb a 3 and jump down. I don't understand, I so nice 2 him but I don't know what he 1.

So there we are alongside the road and slowly the driver gets out of the car. You know how you just get so stressed and life-stuff seems to get funny sometimes?

Yeah, well, THIS was one of those times! I could NOT believe it ... he was a DWARF!

He storms over to my car, looks up at me and says, 'I AM NOT HAPPY!'

2 NDA points will be awarded to those who complete the race and submit an RJ.

AND. Participants will also receive a free 5-year membership at the club, goodies bag worth $50.00 and free T shirts and Caps. The winning team will receive $10.000.00!

The Quest ’08, organised in celebration of May Day 2008, is the largest event ever organised by nEbO. With an expected turn-out of over 2,500 participants, it aims to showcase and educate the youths of today about NTUC while bringing youths together in a spirit of fun and learning.

Guest-of-Honour NTUC Secretary-General Mr Lim Swee Say will flag off the race at The Cathay Open Plaza and the race will end at Downtown East. The race will be held from 10 am – 5 pm.

Teams (4 -5 persons) will participate in a series of activities and challenges when they visit checkpoints along the 30 routes island-wide. There will be 7 checkpoints for each route. Besides trivia and fun tasks, there will be activities and questions on NTUC and its cooperatives to encourage participants to think on their feet. The race ultimately allows youths to walk away with new knowledge on NTUC and its role in Singapore’s history and nation-building.

At the final checkpoint at Downtown East, there will be fringe activities such as lucky draws, performances by youth bands and lots of freebies such as free entry into our theme parks, free bowling games, free pastries and more.

More than $20,000 cash and prizes are up for grabs. The champion team will stand a chance to win a whopping $10,000 worth of cash and prizes. The second and third team will win $6,000 and $4,000 worth of cash and prizes respectively.

Registration-wise, NTUC website says $15 for non-nebo members with free 1 year membership while our webmail reads free 5-year membership without stating any cost. So.. not sure about that. (Maybe the school got some special discount of some sorts?!) :)

I know it's the most important day of the year today!!! It's our 1St ANNIVERSARY!!!

How times files~ The many weeks where we grumbled and complained about how the class was and how the new class were, finally time tick one year later to the very first day we existed as W15H.

this is a post to confirm that there will be a BBQ at Castlegreen on the 18th of April.. this bbq is intended to celebrate Yvonne's and Raphael's birthday!

after the bbq we can stay over night chitchatting or whatever that makes us happy throughout the whole night.. so we can have loads of fun! lol.. so please when marking attendance on the tag please state whether u can stay over as well.. :D:D

so please lay down ur attendance and we can settle the food stuffs.. its ok if u can only join us for a while or u can only join us later.. no problems with that.. the main point is that u must at least try to come!

Chalet Pictures

Dearest W15H,

My sincere apology that the chalet photos cannot be sent through email because there is 195 pictures. It is too big to even zip it, even if it's zipped there will only be 4 photos in each zipped file thus causing everyone to have 48.75 emails.

Thus solutions are as follow:

I'll bring the photos in the thumb drive when one of the days we are out then you all pass it around.
You all bring laptop out one of the days and I pass you all the thumb drive to save it in.
Any other suggestions?

UPDATES FOR ZOO OUTING ON MONDAY!!!

okay guys.. here is the plan for monday..

Meet at the Zoo admission at 9am.. Its gonna take the whole day so might as well make the best of it. Zoo closes at 5-6pm.. and we have to see everything and all the feeding times!!! haha.. okay.. so heres what to bring..

-wear shorts, t-shirt

-bring tit bits, snacks, water bottle (filled with water)

-poncho, rain (just in case.. u never know what will happen)

-shades/ sunglasses/ caps

-camera (if u want to)

travel light as we will be walking alot, bringing bulky and un-necessary stuff will only weigh u down.. causing discomfort and frustration+irritation..

so for all those meeting among urself please go ahead and plan and i will see u guys at the zoo..

PS: Charlene, u let me know what time u coming to the bus stop and i will pick you from there..
